Q: ReSound LINX 961 in monaural (one hearing aid) doesn't work right with IPhone 6. Triple click doesn't work.  Anyone have this problem.  ReSound thinks Apple problem. Need answer.

My triple click function and Live Listen is working perfectly with the linx2.  Unfortunately, I did an apple update the night before I replaced the linx with the linx2 but I didn't have much time to play with it.  Triple click didn't work after the upgrade with the original hearing aid but Live Listen started working again.  I didn't unpair or power down the phone after the upgrade.  Wish I would have tried that before replacing the hearing aid.  The linx2 is the same price as the linx.  I would suggest asking your provider to replace your original linx with the upgrade with no charge.   Aside from the triple click function working correctly, I do not notice any difference with the linx2.  The upgrade is probably more of a benefit to the folks wearing two aids.

I have one hearing aid and am having trouble using my iPhone 6 Plus streaming into my hearing aid and microphone at the same time.  I want to be able to make a phone call using my GOOD EAR while having the phone stream the conversation into my bad ear - the one with the hearing aid that is linked to my phone.  Is that even possible?

I want my hearing aid to pick up the sounds my phone makes and NOT just stream into my diseased ear!!  It should not turn on and off my hearing aid, it should not stream into my bad ear while going silent during phone calls or notifications!!  I bought this hearing aid thinking the iPhone would stream into my hearing aid while being able to use my good ear to use the speaker on the phone.  What a crock of crap if this technology isn't available!!
