Set up or change your security questions
- Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
- Select “Manage your Apple ID” and sign in.
- Select “Password and Security” on the left side of the page.
- If you already have security questions, you'll be asked to answer them before continuing. Forgot the answers?
- Choose your new security questions, then enter the answers.
- Add and verify a rescue email address, if that option is available.
- Click Save.

Feb 9, 2015 11:23 AM in response to wilkie.joissaintby gail from maine,This doesn't help if you have forgotten your Security Questions, which the OP has. You cannot reset your own Security Questions if you have forgotten them....wouldn't be very secure that way.
Cheers,

Feb 9, 2015 11:41 AM in response to Dougandbordersby gail from maine,But it is the combination of the password and the Security Questions that protects you from others being able to get into your Apple account.
I had to call Support a few night's ago because my husband's Security Question answers weren't right....I was trying to change him to 2-Step Verification, which gets rid of Security Questions altogether. I have been using 2-Step for at least a year now, and I really like it. Quick and easy! Here's a link to the info if you are interested:
