deggie gave you that link so you'd know that airprint is a reduced-options print system, designed for mobile devices (not Macs), and you need to use the specific airprint driver on the Mac when adding the printer if you want Airprint, no-options printing. Otherwise, select the "non-airprint" driver when you add the printer.

It may be helpful to Reset the Printing System to get OS X to find the right driver.

(And "not working" doesn't help us to help you - please give more detail next time)

Have you read everything in that link? The OP is saying AirPrint is not working so I am assuming they are trying to use it with an iOS device. This post was moved by the moderators from the ASC forum I believe incorrectly.

Try resetting your iPad (hold down the home and sleep buttons, wait for the Apple logo, let go of the buttons), the printer AND your router.

Then it may be a problem with your router, it may not support the Bonjour protocol. Check at the manufacturers site and also see if there is a firmware update available for it.
