Q: How do I combine slo-mo videos from iPhone 6?

There are essentially two parts to this questions. The first, I believe I have solved, the second, is beyond me. I would like to take the raw, full resolution videos I captured at 240fps from my iPhone 6 and simply combine them. No fancy transitions, no audio or text over, simply back to back like the good old quicktime 7 cut and past raw video together and export into one large, sexy video at full resolution with the selected slo-mo parts intact.

1) first, the only way I've been able to get full rez slo-mo with my rig onto my computer is use image capture. Now I have the 6 videos about 11 seconds each that come with a sidecar data file that tells the video where the selected slo-mo part is

2) now how do I combine these videos and still preserve the slo mo? All other alternative ways of importing the video into my computer drastically compress the resolution. Using image capture I get the raw video but not with the slo-mo actually edited into the video.

Any genius ideas? I feel like this SHOULD be something simple no?
