iTunes won't play some music videos?

System:

OSX 10.9.5 (Yosemite is horrendous. Don't tell me to try it again.)

iTunes 12 - newest update

This is my issue:

Some of my music videos won't play. The audio plays, but the video itself does not play (the picture). All my music videos were purchased directly from the Apple iTunes store. Some of the music videos still work correctly. The ones that do not play in iTunes do not play in VLC, and the ones that do play in iTunes do play in VLC. VLC plays anything. :/ Clearly something is wrong with the files.

So, I deleted one of the bad ones from my computer. I simply removed the file. I emptied the Trash on my Mac to ensure it was entirely gone. I then redownloaded the file, and the same issue persists.
