Problem using 30" CinemaDisplay on MBP after latest update 3.8.2 v1.1

after the latest update, upper or lower half on my 30" CinemaDisplay dosnt work properly when using multiple display only work properly in "duplication mode"

If i align the second screen with the top of the MBP screen then top halv works, and visaversa

any solutions ?
