If you are having difficulty initiating downloads from the App Store, there are a couple of possibilties. First, are you using an Apple ID that has already been created? If not, you can create your Apple ID here -
If it has already been created, you may have entered either the Apple ID itself or the password for it incorrectly. Please try again paying close attention to exact details such as capitalization and special characters.
If this does not work, you may need to change your Apple ID password. You can do so using the steps in this article -
