1st generation iPod Nano replacement program not working

same here wont go to next step

I'm having the same problem. Anybody figure anything out yet?

Same problem here.

I called AppleCare and they weren't much help. First guy i talked to didn't know the program existed and the senior advisor he set me up with wasn't much better. He did say that I should report a problem with the website through the feedback page on Apple's website.

I have the same problem and this isn't the first time that is has happened. Just wait it out.

Instead of calling Apple Care, call Apple Customer Relations (1-800) 275-2273. Wait for a human to come on the line and ask politely and firmly that you want to be transferred over to the Customer Relations department.

Still not working.

I ended up speaking to somebody in customer relations, she wasn't aware of the issue but said she would pass it on and get back to me. Might be worth a try for someone else to call them.

I have a friend who said that this glitch will be fixed tomorrow. It better!

Is there a way we can do the iPod replacement over the phone?

I really do not know, They also can't see the same glitch as us but there may still be a way. Then again, the whole exchange process may be different inf they don't go through the same replacement process.

The friend was wrong.

The apple store can help you do replacement. I just did yesterday and got new 7nd. gen.. But they give you Nano without white box. Good luck!
