Q: How to connect the i5s & iPad air2 via Bluetooth ?

Can't able to connect the i5s & iPad air2 via Bluetooth ! It doesn't recognise each other !

That is because they are not designed to connect via Bluetooth. The only time you can do that is with tethering. Other connectivity features only require that Bluetooth be turned on, the devices do not need to pair.

Depending on what your trying to do look at AirPlay...

I use AirPlay on occasion to move photos or video clips between an iPad 4 and an iPhone 5s.
