Q: How do I get my itunes account balance?

Open iTunes Store and click on the Account link on the far right under Quick Links.

in the app store or itunes store, if you scroll all the way down, under the Apple ID tab there should be something that says $__.__ Credit if you have no money there will not be anything there

My account's balance shows at the top right of the store's pages on my computer's iTunes, by (on the current version of iTunes) clicking on my name towards the top right of the iTunes screen (it shows under my id on the popup), and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my iOS devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > iTunes & App Store and it should show on the screen that you are taken to). If your balance is zero then it might not show

I am, it shows in the places that I mentioned e.g. by clicking on my name towards the top-right it shows under my account id on the popup and by logging into view my account via the Store > View Account menu option (it shows in Apple ID Summary section of my account). You are sure that you still have a balance on your account ?

iTunes Gift balances

If it's not showing in those places then I don't think that you currently have a balance, I think that instead of showing 0 it won't show anything
