I understand that your iCloud calendars are syncing across all of your devices as you would expect, except for your iPhone 5s. In this situation, I would recommend working through the Troubleshooting on iOS devices section in the attached article, all the way down to turning off iCloud Calendar on your iPhone and turning it back on.
