Almost forgot your initial question... After FORWARDing => DELETE with prejudice!! You cannot really stop these - unless your ISP has a blacklist (? they can block IP Addresses ?) or your mail provider has a robust SPAM filter - like Yahoo. - best - ÇÇÇ

I didn't realize Yahoo actually used any spam filter. First, when you open an account, buried deeply you can find your advertising/marketing preferences (an entire page) which, by default, are all checked with the note that Yahoo will share your email address with the following companies. Unless you know it is there and uncheck them all, you are soon inundated by spam.

Additionally, although mine are all UNchecked, I get spam emails daily; some of them with highly objectionable subject lines. And, I have tried to address that, but they simply don't care; after all, that is how Yahoo makes money: from the advertisers. If they did, they could use a filter - but they don't.

You're welcome. If you really get a lot of 'em, get your email provider & ISP involved. They have the tools to block if they know about it. Same deal... they will need the email forwarded so they can have the entire header for the data they need. - staya well and safe. - ÇÇÇ
