Q: Headphones plugged in, but audio comes from pc speakers
Hello everyone,
I am using Bootcamp with Windows 8. I have an issue with the audio.
Whenever I plug in my headphones, I can hear the sound the system makes when I decrease or increase the volume. However, this is the only sound in the headphones, as every other sound comes from the laptop speakers.
Anyone else experienced a similar issue?

Please repair Windows drivers using BC Drivers USB, or manually download from Boot Camp: System requirements for Microsoft Windows operating systems - Apple Support as appropriate for your Mac.
You may also want to try resetting the SMC - Intel-based Macs: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC) - Apple Support, which contains a SystemVolumeDB.
