I've been charged some things in my debit card from itunes and I do not even buy apps or anything, I have about 3 or 4 $2, one $7.54 and one $10.79. How can I get my money back? APPLE IS FRAUD!

Apple is not a "fraud". If anything, your account was compromised somehow. Change your password.
Have you actually been charged these amounts, or simply received an eMail regarding the charges?
I've only been charged without authorization, I saw my order history and I haven't bought anything in the last 18 weeks.
It cant be someone in my account because it would appear in the order history and I've seen many people being charged the same amount of $2.
OK, where are you seeing these charges? Bank card?
Then contact iTunes Store support and your bank.
We are not Apple. This is a user forum. We can't see into Apple's system... or your bank's system for that matter.

As suggested above, contact iTunes support. Contact your bank and notify them of the fraud. Change your iTunes password.
