I can no longer print to my Canon MX860 from my Mac since I updated to the remote desktop client on Feb 7. Is anyone else having this issue or found a way to fix it?

That is interesting that after that update you cannot print. For most issues with printing on your Mac, take a look at the article below to walk you through some troubleshooting options. You may need to remove the printer and add it back in.
