Q: Unable to activate iPad mini with my existing valid Apple ID

Hi,

After restore iPad is not get activated with my existing valid Apple ID which I  am using with my iPhone also.

Following image of icloud confirms that iPad is connected with my apple id:

Properties of iPad mini shows the same serial number (please see the following image) as printed on back of my iPad mini;

While trying to activate the iPad, I got error that this id couldn't be used to activate this iPad, please see the following image:

Will appreciate if this could be solved. I bought the above iPad just 8 months back.
