problems syncing contacts

I´m running the actual Yosemite Version on a MacBookAir and an MacBook Pro and IOS on an iPhone 6 and an iPad. I have the following problem with contacts:

I hae a lot of duplicates in iCloud an on the devices
not a single group is synced on my MacBookAir. I have the groups @iCloud and the other devices

any hints what I can do?

Contacts Troubleshooting

Contacts - Troubleshooting iCloud Contacts

On the Air, System Preferences/iCloud - deselect Contacts, wait about 10 seconds, and the reselect.

@Eric: Tried all this: no effect, having an telefon-appointment with service now (*hope*) ;-)

Had a really long telephone call with support that solved the problem. Had to clear the caches and a lot of other stuff, finally export from iCloud and import in contacts solved the problem.
