What is error 5570 when updating firmware?

I keep getting a error 5570 when trying to update my firmware? Any help would be appreciated!

Mac Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9), 2.93GHz Dual Quad-Core

If you are running these versions, you do not need a firmware update:
