How do I view all of the thumbnails of past created docs in Pages '09 version 4.3?

View them in Finder?
Open Recent provides a list of past files,
Template Chooser lets you preview and choose previous templates.

Launch a new Finder window. Set Finder ▸ View ▸ Show Path Bar.
In the Finder search window, type the following, and then a return: kind:Pages Publication.
By default, this search will return all Pages document icons on "This Mac" wherever they may be found. When you click on an icon, the path to the document will appear in the Path Bar that was enabled earlier.
