i have the same problem, im from argentina. Here isnt apple cares and apple stores . in april i stay in Miami, USA. I need help to create an Anypointment to fix this. (sorry for my english)

The warranty is only good for the country you purchased it in. Where did you purchase your device?

i buy in the Apple store Lincoln Road Miami beach, in september 2014. Only works two months normally, and dosnt work more. Its the 2nd iphone 5 i have, and the first have problems with the button Sleep/wake. I very dissapointed.
