Q: Warning: SUID file Sistem/Lirary/CoreS...has been modified an will not be repaired.

I run the disk Uttility and I get this. Warning:SUID file Sistem/

Library/CoreS...has been modified and will not be repaired. I was **** today to start de computer. I pops all the time this window asking me if I want to shut off the computer. I press cancel and it goes away. But if not in a cople of seconds shut it off on its own. What Can I do?.... Please help.

OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
