Will iWeb run on OSX Yosemite?

I have a G5 Power Mac running a 23 inch Apple Cinema screen of the same vintage, both still working perfectly - however anticipating that age will catch up with the G5 first prompts 2 questions.

Is it possible to connect the old 23 inch Apple Cinema screen to a new Mac Mini computer or MacBook Air and will it run under the latest OSX?
