Feb 12, 2015 9:24 AM in response to Ingo2711by nrumalla,I tried via USB, result is still the same - it doesn't get listed/recognised. My PC doesn't support Bluetooth.
Also, 802.11a/b/g is the wireless mode of my adapter and I am assuming that this is sufficient.

To connect to a Personal Hotspot, your device requires:
- Wi-Fi: Support for 802.11g/n using WPA2 encryption.
- USB: Mac or PC with iTunes 9.2 or later installed.
- Bluetooth: Mac OS X v10.4.11 or Windows.

Feb 25, 2015 11:13 PM in response to Ingo2711by nrumalla,I apologise for replying late. But, unfortunately, it doesn't work with other iPhones also. Other iPhones also are not recognizing hotspot of my iPhone.
I am not sure if this is related to Bluetooth, But Bluetooth is also not working on my. It hangs on discovery. It neither lists other iPhones nor is it recognised on other iPhones.
I think I will try going back to 8.1.2 and try.
