In ipad, my mailbox-concepts is empty, nothing is shown. But at the bottum of this window it says it has 4.294.966.703 concepts. How is that possible? How do I clean this up?

If you are not seeing any emails showing up, the article below should help sort you out as it is one to use for most issues with mail. You will probably want to remove the email account and add it back in.
