Removing iTunes account from other devices
Is there anyway that I can remove my iTunes aaccount from other devices?
iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.2
On the device --
Go to Settings->iTunes & App Store->Apple ID: xxx@xxx.xxx->Sign Out.

I cant do it from another device?
If you don't have access to these devices, just change your password. Accomplishes the same thing.
Also, can I delete purchases?
From the devices you don't have access to? Sorry, no.
In that case, log on to iTunes on your computer via (these are Mac instructions) Store->Home->Account->Manage Devices, select the device you wish to remove and click on [Remove].
Removing the device using the technique I posted will also disallow that device from downloading purchases.
So basically all I have to do is change my password & it'll be like deleting my account off that device? And you know how in the iTines app you can go to purchased and see all the music you purchased, I want to delete all of Them except one.. Can I do that?
Changing your password simply removes access to the account on devices where you haven't provided the new password. The purchases that have been downloaded would remain on the device and would need to be removed on the device. That can't be done remotely.
As far as deleting all music except one....I'm not following what you are trying to accomplish. Can you provide us with more details?
LIke I want to remove or hide some of the somgs I've purchased in the past so they wont show on my iPhone, and aslo so they wont be in my librar. I think I can "Hide" music but I dont know how to..
You will need to take those actions in iTunes, not on your phone.
