Feb 13, 2015 12:18 PM in response to vonnie1967by Lawrence Finch,Start by rebooting your router (remove all power for about 15 seconds). If that doesn't fix it on the phone go to Settings/General/Reset - Reset network settings.

Feb 13, 2015 12:40 PM in response to vonnie1967by Lawrence Finch,You are sure you removed all power from the BT router for 15 seconds or more? I don't care if other devices still work with it.
Does the phone connect to other WiFi networks? If not, exchange it again. If it does the problem has to be with your router.
