Q: Unable to review my new Apple ID

HI experts

I just created a new Apple ID. When I sign in to App Store to review the account and edit the information, that was when I encoutered the problem. I selected NONE as my payment. However, I can't go further after that because it says that I havent fill my payment card number. Can somebody please tell me what have I done wrong?
