Logic Pro X doesn't quit

Hi all,

After closing Logic Pro x [so application seems to be closed] but when I shut down [or restart] my mac mini, it takes long time and then asks to force quit Logic Pro. Applications and Mac are completely up to date. Any Ideas?

Hello raj_sangeet,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that after closing Logic Pro X, when you try to shut down or restart your computer, you are prompted to force quit that application. To begin troubleshooting, I would suggest working through the steps located in the If the issue occurs in one application only section of the attached article.
