charged twice for a movie I didn't even watch?

I Rented the movie, "the interview" and when I went to download it I got charged twice and didn't even get to watch it! How can i get a refund for at least one of the purchases?

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.1.2

If they were both 'proper' charges (e.g. one wasn't a temporary store holding charge) then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund one of the charges : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
