Problem with iTunes Producer updating a book

Contrary to what the help says, when iTunes producer opens for an update none of the required fields is "pre-filled" with the previous version data, all of them are blank as when publishing any 1.0 version.

In this case do I need to fill all the required fields again?

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
