When you state you are losing connectivity, it sounds like a poor signal or interference.
Please go through the steps in this article for troubleshooting calls.

no IT is loosing connectivity And
it is ConnectIng after a While.
and than IT is gone again And says i need To Register my phone.
MMy phone is not online.
All this Happend after iOS 8.1.3
i cant use my phone anymore.
please help. Why is Apple launching this things
before testing. I need my phone.
what can i do now????
