My Safari would just stay on the page

It says Major Security Issue and ask me to call 1 844 578 9236
I suspect this is not Apple official website
But I could not migrate to other websites
What else to do?

Force quit Safari and then launch it with the Shift key held down. If that doesn’t work, temporarily disconnect the computer from the Internet.

Report the scam and send using the e-mal address below:
The Shift key didn't work too well. But once I disconnected from the internet, I could re-log in and go to other websites so as to get rid of the www.applehelp.net
