Internal GetThere links not working

I don't know if this is the appropriate forum for this question, but I am working remotely and about to travel home, but I can't get onto my GetThere account. I was first given a message telling me my info/password was wrong (it was not) so I tried to reset my password, and never got the email. I then emailed GetThere@apple.com and was told my password had been reset. I clicked on the link they provided to access GetThere (https://wx1.getthere.net/DispatcherServlet?requestType=logininq&site=apple), and my page simply flashes for a split second so I can barely make out that I am in fact going to their login page, but then the page goes and stays white. All of this has been done over VPN. What is going on? Has anyone come across this issue before, and how do I fix it?
