My podcast disappeared from iTunes after changing image

I recently updated the logo to my podcast using feedburner. Since then, I have not been able to search my podcast on iTunes. What is weird is that anyone who was subscribed to the podcast is still able to access new episodes that we post. Our new image also appears on my podcast app.

I believe the image was the right specifications 1400x1400 pixels.

iTunes actually sent me a letter saying my podcast was now rejected and I cannot figure out why. Please someone help!

The URL you give for your image is http://s2.postimg.org/eq7svjyyg/image.jpg

This redirects to http://postimg.org/image/5v6yl1a5x/ , which is a web page containing the image - this is not acceptable to the Store and would get a new submission rejected, so possibly it might be the reason you've been removed.

You will need to re-submit your podcast; you will also need to change the name slightly or you will be told it has already been submitted.

Subscribers connect directly to your feed, so as the Store is not involved they still see it.

Your podcast was removed because it contains profanity in the text, which is forbidden. Remove all profanity from your titles, subtitles, and descriptions, then email podcasts@apple.com. You don't need to resubmit, just let the Podcasts Team at Apple know that you cleaned up the text and would like your podcast listing restored.

Hey Roger - thanks for your response I really appreciate your help. I linked the photo to one from our website - hopefully that resolves the photo issue.

Hey Ramen - thanks for the reply

I updated the description removing profanity - I was not even aware that was a policy. That actually makes sense because we updated our description around the time we were removed.

I will send an email to apple and see if they will let me back in.

I will follow up with any results!

You were correct - the Podcast folks at iTunes responded saying the same thing. I updated the feed and we are now back on iTunes.
