Question about an order.

I Ordered a MacBook pro to be shipped to the store. Kept calling the store to find out why it had not arrived yet, was three days after the date it said it would be available for pickup. Got a call yesterday that they lost it in shipping. So they cancelled my order and ordered a new one. Now I have to wait another two weeks to get it. Is there anyway that they can speed up that time? Faster shipping? Or am I just stuck waiting? let me know if I posted this in the wrong place.
