I upgradet my 3gs Iphone from to 6.1.6 ios and now i can`t do nothing.. becose is recieve this mesage..

Your Iphone could not be activated becose the activatin server is temporarily unavailable. Try again in couple of minutes.

but pass already 2 days..!!!

That's almost always symptomatic of a phone that was hacked or jailbroken to unlock it.
