You can access your files in iCloud Drive any of these ways:
- On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 8, you can access your files from Apple apps like Pages, Numbers, and Keynote, or any apps that support iCloud Drive.

Thanks for your help. But this is not exactly my concern.
When I am surfing a website with Safari (iPad), I want to upload a file from my icloud to this website.
Example: I want to upload my resume, that is stored on my icloud, to a firm website I am applying to.
It means that Safari should let me chose a file in my icloud drive before uploading it.
That's already the case with pictures, but it seems not to work with other document types.
