Got Ipad for grandson. No info on previous owner. Got Ipad it said disabled. Fixed that but now wants previous owners log in and password. Dont have infor.

Got Ipad for grandson. It was disabled. Got that fixed. Now asks for previous owner (don't know who this is) to enter email and passwords. Don;t have this information. Help😕

The ipad is "Activation Locked". This is an anti-theft feature. You will not be able to use the iPad so ask for a refund from whomever sold it to you.
