Q: Apple ID password and a new iPhone

A friend of mine forgot her Apple ID's password, and the original e-mail's password too. She bought a new iPhone (5s), and backed up the old one so she would still have all her things on the new one. The problem is, it backed up the old Apple ID which she lost the access to, and now she cant use her new user because of that.
What can we do to remove the old iCloud user and use the new one? Will a PWND DFU restore help?

If your friend wants to regain access to her older Apple ID after having forgotten the password, she can use the steps in the following article to do so -

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

To change the Apple ID in use on the iPhone, follow the steps in this article -

Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
