airport utility for windows that supports 802.11ac

Is there ever going to be a utility for windows that supports the airport extreme 802.11ac? I'm at a point of no return with this. The only reason I have kept an iphone is so I have the ability to manage the airport, but even then it is severely crippled in functionality. I am unable to make backups or set the radios up in the way that I need them setup. Any of the apple computers I have now are too old to support the new utility either. I'm not about to go spend a ton of money on a new Mac just to be able to configure my router properly. Any advice or assistance is greatly appreciated.

Also, I didn't realize the lack of integration with windows when I purchased it and the sales guy at the apple store told me it worked the same as the old ones, even when I asked him specifically about managing it from windows he replied "yes". But the 5.6.1 utility didn't work that way, at least not correctly. I called support a couple of times on this was was told by one rep that it would "never be supported" and by another that they were pretty sure that a utility would be released at some point, because why would a company intentionally screw over part of their customer base?
