Whenever I start iTunes while connected to the internet, the program freezes. Any ideas?
I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, I have an i-3 core Intel processor (2.3 GHz), 4GB of RAM, Intel HD Graphics 3000 video card (1.7 MB).
I have iTunes 12.0.1.6
