updating games does not work

I receive notification on my ipad that updates are available to games. When I click to update I get the message "account not at this store, must switch to canadian store" I click on "switch store" and get the massage and either get "this page not available" or a blank page.

iPad, iOS 8.1.3

I understand you are unable to update Apps. As it requires you to change the iTunes Store country, here are a couple articles that I would go through.
