Every site I visited is Out-of-Stock - here is the manufacturer/patent holder's site - http://www.aalto.com/black-aalto-tall-stool.html#morecaption - they indicate custom made minimum order of 30 - but also say OOS "no longer available"

If the suppliers themselves don't have stock it may be worth trying the trade division of the Finnish Embassy. I think the design is now unprotected, as is so many other famous items of the period like the Eame's chair and the Barcelona chair (as seen in the ASC Lounge). If that is so, Apple could have had it made in China. 😀
