How to use bootcamp without a usb

How do you boot into safe mode? Also I have never made a restore point.

The error was mine, apologies, reading too fast.

When booted from the external installer, and run bcdedit, what is the output? The command lists the entire BCD store. We may need to search for the BCD using dir/s/p/ BCD* .

I'll just reinstall Windows unless there's a simple way to solve this problem. I have all my info on an external hard drive anyways and I'll install off of a disc so the drivers work.

diskutil list

We can manually merge partitions and then let BCA clean-up and merge partitions.
