Q: network connected but apps and safari not working

ipad mini is connected to home network but apps and safari not working. Already reset network and restarted ipad.

iPad Mini, iOS 8.1.3

You can be connected successfully to your Network and still not receiving internet service. Do you have any other wireless devices connected to that network? If so, are they getting service?
