Cant mount rockbox iPod on mac

I installed rockbox on my iPod 6g, and when i try to transfer files, it will not mount on OS X. I think that this might be because it uses the mass storage device thing, but i can't get it to mount. I do have ubuntu and windows on my mac, but i can't boot those right now. (Thanks, ubuntu!) Please Help!!
