Q: Front camera not working

My camera is not rotating. It was working fine then just stopped. It hasn't been dropped, memory is practically 50gb available. snapchat is no longer allowing me to use front camera. Phone freezes when I try to use front camera. I have tried clearing the recent app history and even restarted my phone a few times but it isn't working. Why? Is it fixable or do I have to get it serviced?
