Q: How to change song lyrics on iTunes?

I'm trying to change the song lyrics for my 5th gen iPod, updated to the latest update, but it won't work. The mp3 file is downloaded with song lyrics already but I wanted to fix spelling and spacing errors and such (sorry I'm OCD haha). The changes show on iTunes on my computer but not on my iPod itself. Is there a way to change the way these lyrics appear on my iPod?

Hi LA-renzo,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like the changes you made are not reflected on the iPod. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

iTunes: Adding song lyrics to iPod - Apple Support
Lyrics should display correctly in most languages. If they do not, try removing any special characters in the Lyrics pane in iTunes, copy the song back to iPod, and try again.

You can try to remove the song and fix the lyrics and readd the song to the iPod.
