Q: I forgot my apple id password so i create a new one. the problem is i cant remove my first apple id because any time i tried to reset my password i never received any email from Apple.now the problem is my iCloud and ... have problem on my iPhone????

I have a problem with my I phone5 . after i bought an iPhone6 and i joined it to my iTunes , the same problem happens to my new Iphone.

i thought with the new Apple ID the problem could be solved. so i create a new Apple ID. now i have 2 I Phones  with the same problem means i can't remove my first Apple ID because any time i try to reset my password and delete the Apple ID i don't receive any Email from APPLE .

Please HELP me. i would be very appreciated .
