Stopped using iTunes Match and lost access to purchased songs

I was using iTunes Match for one year. Than I have decided not to prolong my subscription for next year. And now I have lost access to some of my purchased songs (purchased at iTunes with real money). They are shown as downloaded to a Cloud without possibility to listen then. My phone is proposing me to pay for iTunes Match for next year and is ready to provide access to paid songs only after prolongation.

I was thinking that if I buy a song at iTunes, than I can listen it without limitations forever. And now my phone is proposing me to buy iTunes Match or to
download a song for money again.

I kindly ask for your advice how to get back access to already bought songs without paying for iTunes Match.

Hello Valdemarius,

It sounds like your phone seems to think that these iTunes Store purchases were uploaded via iTunes Match so you cannot download them again. That's certainly not expected, so I would start by signing out of the iTunes and App Stores in your settings:

Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

iTunes, iBooks, and App Store

Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store.

Tap your Apple ID. If you see the option to Sign In, you can change your Apple ID now.

Tap Sign Out.

Then quit the Music app:

iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.

Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.

Swipe the app up to close it.

When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:

iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
